Q. I submitted my score, but the network was offline. Is the score lost?
A. You can resubmit your latest score from Title Menu > Tools > Resubmit Latest score. (Note that if you replay the game, the latest score is overwritten and you can't resubmit the old one.)

Q. My game crashes / freezes / doesn't work! What should I do?
A. (1) Reboot your device. (2) If this doesn't help, uninstall the app and download it again from Marketplace.

Q. My game doesn't work smoothly! What should I do?
A. (1) Uninstall unnecessary apps, especially ones providing background services. (2) Reboot your device.

Q. Please keep high scores on the local app, not on the web.
A. We're sorry, but we can't do this for free games. We are very glad that you access our web site, which is one of our motivations to create free apps.

Q. Can I change my nickname on the high scores page?
A. Click the [Change Your Name] link on the bottom of the result page when you submit a score.

Q. When will new apps release?
A. We can't predict it.

Q. I bought a new Windows Phone device. Can I take over high scores on this site from my old device?
A. Sorry, you can't.

Q. Your English has errors.
A. It is helpful if you tell us the English mistakes via the comment form on the top page. Because we are Japanese, we are not familiar with the English.
